Around March, after months of snow on the ground, I start dreaming of warmer weather. Knitting things for summer helps convince me that the snow will melt and eventually it will be time to complain about hot weather.
Designed to be worn around the neck as a cowl, or over the shoulders as a capelet; this sweet little garment can be blocked to be either longer or wider as desired. The elongated stitches, made by simply dropping yarn overs, create an open, airy fabric that can be worn over a tank in the cool nights of warmer months.
