Missing the pattern, and the free code came afterwards. Too late to retrieve the pattern, and now it is a charge. In Ravelry it has been $12.00, $7.00 and $6.00.
You would think Knitwit would make this right, but that didn’t happen.
Not a pleasant experience with the shop or the responses to my concern.
Now they have lost a customer and when my knitting circles ask about their customer service, I will tell of this experience.
