A cropped top down raglan cardigan with an eyelet motif incorporated into the raglan increases. The Felix Cardigan, by Amy Christoffers, was designed to be the perfect sweater to wear layered over tunics and dresses, I like it with waisted pants as well. I suggest putting all the stitches on waste yarn and trying the sweater on before you begin the ribbing to be sure you have a length you will like and will enjoy wearing.
Nicole knit hers out of Quince and Co. Osprey for a slightly denser fabric. She loves wearing it and has plans to cast on a second one already.
