Alanis

Another amazing design from Maine designer, Elizabeth Smith, is the Alanis pullover.  It's a cozy sweater tee/vest that’s perfect for layering. It's an easy knit yet still features a few fun details, such as an icord edge split hem and an inset pocket (with contrasting color pocket lining!).

And Elizabeth is hosting a KAL (knit along) workshop that begins January 13.  If you want to learn how to make Alanis with super in-depth instructional videos but also have the experience of a fun, virtual KAL check out her new platform.

The sample pictured is knit in Quince and Co. Owl (50g per skein).  Some other recommended yarn choices include Berroco Ultra Alpaca (100g per skein) and Malabrigo Rios (100g per skein).
