This is a review for both the Route protection but mostly the customer service of the shop. They automatically added the Route protection to my online order and, for the price, I thought "I doubt I'll need it, but why not?" Well, after my package left the shop, the shipping aliens abducted it and no one knows where it is. I guess shipping aliens love squishy yarn, too. The support from KnitWit (specifically Chuck) was great. They worked with me and answered my questions promptly. And when it became obvious that my order wasn't going to make it to me, Chuck gave me several options to try to make things right. More squishy wonders are on their way to replace my original order and Chuck made sure to reach out and confirm the shipping arrangements, which was very appreciated.
